Justin Borreggine, FPQP®

Justin joined Hilltop in 2023, having prior operations experience at both a small, local firm and one of the nation’s largest asset managers. As our client service team lead, he oversees the client service associates in preparing meeting agendas, managing post-meeting action items, and servicing client accounts.

Justin earned a BS in Professional Studies at West Chester University of Pennsylvania and has the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP®) designation.

He lives in Raleigh with his wife, Emma, and their cat, Stella. He loves sports, especially Penn State and Philadelphia teams, and listening to the Beach Boys. He also enjoys exploring the Triangle’s many breweries.
